Before you book.

For colour changes, balayage, and extensions we include a short consultation at the start of your appointment so the result fits your hair and lifestyle. For cuts and treatments you can book straight in.

Weekday mornings are usually available within the week. Evenings, weekends, and bridal work book further out — a week or two ahead is ideal, and members get priority access.

Yes. Colour correction is booked as a consultation first so we can assess your hair's history and plan the right number of sessions before quoting a final price.

Just reference photos of finishes you love. Arrive with dry, recently washed hair unless your stylist has asked otherwise — and a little time to settle in.

Plans change — we simply ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the chair to someone on the waitlist. A confirmation and reminder are sent automatically when you book.

Start with the bridal inquiry form. We reply with availability, a styling plan, and a trial date, then hold your day-of slot once the trial is confirmed.
